To kick off a series of emulation activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee launched the Tree Planting Festival "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" Spring At Ty 2025, implementing the Winter - Spring Volunteer Program 2025. At the program, from mobilized resources, the Provincial Youth Union awarded 6 youth projects participating in the construction of advanced new rural areas and social security resources to Liem Son commune and Thanh Liem District Youth Union with a total cost of 600 million VND.
At the program, comrade Tran Ngoc Nam, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union launched the emulation movement to welcome the Party Congress at all levels to all levels of the Youth Union and Youth Union members in the province. In particular, he emphasized: This is an important event for the whole Party and the whole people, an opportunity for the Youth Union members in the province to promote their pioneering role, volunteerism, creativity in emulation and study, and make achievements to welcome the congress. With that meaning, the Youth Union at all levels need to focus on promoting propaganda about the glorious historical tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the history of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee; the great victories and great achievements of the country under the leadership of the Party, the development process and socio-economic achievements of the province in recent years. At the same time, register to implement youth projects and tasks that closely follow the reality and political tasks of the locality, ensuring practicality, efficiency, creativity and science; Focus on participating in building a strong union, paying attention to improving the quality of union members, the quality of union branches, consolidating union organizations, especially at the grassroots level... Promoting the role of union officials and young union members in participating in Party building; discovering and introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit.
The Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party are a special milestone on the path of national development, of important significance and turning point. In order for the emulation campaign to be effective and to strongly spread the pioneering spirit and enthusiasm of the youth, through many rich and diverse forms, the Youth Union at all levels has paid special attention to promoting propaganda and education work, creating a widespread political activity in the entire Union, attracting the active participation of a large number of Union members, young people and creating positive social effects. Since the beginning of January 2025, the Provincial Youth Union has launched an online contest to learn about the history of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee to raise awareness, foster beliefs and revolutionary ideals, and arouse the pride of the young generation in the revolutionary tradition and glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Provincial Party Committee. The contest takes place over 4 weeks, from January 10 to February 16. Each week, candidates answer 15 multiple choice questions; the 3 candidates with the highest scores, and the closest choice, will receive the weekly prize. According to statistics from the Provincial Youth Union, on average, more than 10,000 candidates participate in the exam each week.
In order to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and education on revolutionary traditions, the history of the Provincial Party Committee and the achievements in socio-economic development of the province to a large number of union members, youth and people, the Provincial Youth Union has built a visual toolkit to propagate the history of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee through the periods and the achievements in socio-economic development of the province from the beginning of the 2020-2025 term to the present. Youth Union members can learn about the toolkit on the website: tinhdoanhanam.vn and Facebook Suc Tre Ha Nam; Facebook pages of district, town, city and affiliated unions. Union chapters at all levels will also focus on discovering, nurturing and introducing outstanding union members to the Party; proactively and promptly monitoring and grasping the ideological situation and aspirations of young union members; thereby educating and strengthening the confidence of young union members in the Party, the goals, ideals and cause of national innovation...
In localities, the competitive atmosphere of young people to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels is taking place vigorously. Recently, Kim Bang Town Youth Union has just inaugurated two youth projects "Party Flag and National Flag Road" and "Youth Tree Road" in Dong Hoa Ward with a total value of 35 million VND; organized the Emulation Block of Youth Unions of communes and wards to sign the emulation agreement in 2025. With the theme "Kim Bang Youth is proud and confident in following the Party", Youth Union chapters at all levels continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of the youth volunteer movement; proactively register, undertake and effectively maintain projects and tasks for youth to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; promote the pioneering, creative and scientific and technological mastery role of young people; organize activities to support young people to start businesses; strive to complete the target of introducing outstanding Youth Union members for the Party to consider and admit.
In 2025, to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels and the Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress at the district level, the District Youth Union - Youth Union of Binh Luc district will present the youth project "Bookshelf for children" at Trang An Primary School with a budget of about 30 million VND. Secretary of Binh Luc District Youth Union Nguyen Van Duy said: In 2025, Binh Luc strives to achieve the standards of an advanced new rural district, therefore, the District Youth Union directs all levels of the Youth Union to register to implement youth projects and tasks that closely follow the political tasks of the locality, bringing practical benefits to the people. In particular, focusing on implementing the projects: "Lighting up the countryside roads", "Mural road", "Youth tree road" ... contributing to beautifying the landscape, maintaining security and order, raising people's awareness in environmental protection.
With the initiative and timeliness in launching the emulation movement, we believe that Ha Nam youth will continue to carry out many meaningful works, tasks and activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the 14th National Congress of the Party, contributing to the successful implementation of the theme of the year "Ha Nam youth are proud and confident in following the Party". Through the emulation movement, it contributes to fostering the love, trust and attachment of young people to the Party; increasing the rate of solidarity, gathering young people, and building an increasingly strong Youth Union organization.
