Tua Chua improves the quality of party cell activities

Tua Chua District Party Committee currently has 47 grassroots party organizations, with nearly 3,900 party members; of which, there are 15 party committees and 32 party cells (119 of which are directly under the grassroots party committees). Previously, some party cells directly under the party committees of communes and towns organized regular and specialized activities that were not really effective, the content was scattered, sketchy and outdated, lacking creativity and not close to reality. Some party members had the mentality that they were just party members, not leaders, so they only participated in party cell activities to comply with the Party Charter, not participating in activities of mass organizations. Many party members were afraid of conflicts, afraid of fighting against the shortcomings of their comrades, and did not participate in contributing opinions on weaknesses.

The causes of the above limitations and weaknesses are that some Party committees and Party members have not properly and fully understood the requirements and tasks of Party cell building; a few Party cells have not promptly developed and supplemented the operating regulations during the term, and the implementation of the regulations has not been strict, especially the method of thoroughly grasping and concretizing the resolutions... In order to improve the quality of Party cell activities, the Standing Committee of Tua Chua District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing grassroots Party organizations to focus on implementing many solutions to innovate the content of Party activities and achieved many positive results. Assigning members of the Standing Committee and members of the District Party Executive Committee to be directly in charge of agencies, units, communes and towns, and at the same time participating in activities with Party cells at the grassroots level where they are assigned to be in charge, promptly grasping the situation and helping the grassroots level to overcome difficulties.

Attending the meeting of the Thanh Cong residential group Party cell, Tua Chua town, we noted the serious meeting, with innovative forms and content. In addition to preparing the content of the report on the implementation of the Party cell resolution in the month, the Party members made recommendations and proposals to resolve difficulties encountered in the locality. Party members assigned to monitor the fields and organizations reported and clarified their responsibilities for the assigned tasks. According to the assessment of the Thanh Cong residential group Party cell, through the Party cell meetings, there has been a positive impact, changing the awareness of the cadres and Party members, thereby raising the responsibility to build a clean and strong Party cell; enhancing the vanguard and exemplary role in performing tasks.

Mr. Tran Van Son, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tua Chua town, said: To improve the quality of Party cell activities, the Party Committee has developed a specialized leadership resolution, regularly inspected and supervised; assigned Party Committee members to monitor and assist Party cells and take responsibility for the assigned Party cells. Thanks to that, Party cells have maintained a good working routine, promoted democracy, intelligence, and promoted self-criticism and criticism. The majority of Party members have raised their sense of responsibility, increasingly performed their Party member duties and specific tasks assigned by the higher-level Party Committee and Party cells. In 2022, 100% of Party cells completed their tasks well, of which 5 Party cells completed their tasks excellently. The Party Committee of the town achieved clean and strong status.

Not only the Party cells of Tua Chua Town Party Committee, in recent years, many Party cells have organized flexible activities, suitable for the locality. Party cells pay more attention to assessing the ideological situation of Party members and the masses. The quality of Party cell activities has been increasingly improved; promoting the role of the core leader in implementing political tasks at the grassroots level, contributing to building increasingly clean and strong Party organizations. Thanks to innovation and improving the quality of Party cell activities, in 2022, Tua Chua District Party Committee had 19.2% of grassroots Party organizations excellently completing their tasks; 77.6% of grassroots Party organizations well completing their tasks and only 4.1% of grassroots Party organizations completing their tasks. 93.5% of the total number of Party members excellently and well completing their tasks; only 0.02% did not complete their tasks.
