Accordingly, the Market Management Department - Standing Agency of Steering Committee 389 Quang Nam directed its affiliated units to focus on strengthening market inspection and control and strictly handling administrative violations of goods with high consumer demand during the year-end and Lunar New Year.

In particular, control goods traded at supermarkets, agents and online environments. At the same time, check the quality of goods, compliance with legal regulations on national technical standards and regulations, and announce standards for goods quality and food safety.

Focus on coordinating with functional forces such as Police, Customs, Border Guard, and specialized Inspectors to regularly review and inspect the circulation stage, especially goods transported from the border, international airports to the inland, border gates, business locations; warehouses, wharves, goods gathering points, commercial centers, supermarkets, wholesale markets, production facilities, and craft villages.

Thereby promptly detecting and strictly handling violations of taking advantage of business activities in the e-commerce environment, providing postal services, and delivering goods to trade, transport, and store prohibited goods, smuggled goods, counterfeit goods, and goods of unknown origin, etc.

Depending on the situation and requirements in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, the Provincial People's Committee advises the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection team to organize inspections and controls in key areas, areas and goods that need to be focused on inspection, which must have the participation of many sectors to avoid overlap in inspection activities and ensure consistency in advising on handling administrative violations.

Promote the implementation of activities to implement the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", the Program to bring Vietnamese goods to rural areas combined with fairs, promotions... to support production for craft villages, local and domestic enterprises, contributing to promoting the circulation of goods combined with the supply of goods locally to stabilize the market before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025.
