Tu Ky reclaims 13.94 hectares of land from 216 households to implement the Provincial Road 396 extension investment project.

In An Thanh commune, 9.71 hectares of land from 105 households will be recovered. In Cong Lac commune, 4.23 hectares of land from 111 households will be recovered, mainly residential land and agricultural land.

The project to invest in the construction of the extended provincial road 396 has a total investment of more than 846 billion VND, from the provincial budget. The route has a total length of 7.6 km connecting provincial road 391 to provincial road 390 in Tu Ky and Thanh Ha districts. Of which, Tu Ky has 3.94 km through Cong Lac and An Thanh communes. The provincial Investment and Construction Management Board is the investor, and the localities clear the land.

Previously, the People's Committees of Cong Lac and An Thanh communes publicly posted the notice of land acquisition at their headquarters. From August 12, the Land Clearance Council of Tu Ky district will conduct investigations, measurements, and inventory of assets, crops, and trees of households subject to land acquisition for project implementation.
