
Decree 41 adds cases where transport business entities have their business licenses (GPKD) revoked indefinitely.
Accordingly, the vehicle operator will have its license revoked if it fails to conduct all types of transportation business stated on the business license for a period of 6 months or more from the date of issuance of the business license or stops conducting all types of transportation business stated on the business license for a period of 6 consecutive months or more; fails to comply with the decision to inspect and examine the compliance with regulations on business and conditions for business of automobile transportation by competent authorities.
In addition, within 1 month, if 30% or more of the unit's vehicles are handled for violations, have their badges and signs revoked, their business licenses will also be revoked indefinitely.

Decree 41 also amends and supplements a number of articles related to the management of car driver training activities and driver testing services. The Decree clearly states that the driving instructor certificate will be revoked if there is fraudulent behavior in order to attend training and testing to obtain a driving instructor certificate.
In addition, the certificate will be revoked if it is issued to a person who does not meet one of the prescribed standards; issued by an agency or person without authority; erased or modified; or rented or borrowed to another training institution for use but does not participate in teaching, or rented or borrowed to another organization or individual for use...
Decree 41 takes effect from June 1, 2024.
