On October 17, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province held a ceremony to receive and honor organizations and individuals supporting the "Hong Lam Land Education Promotion Fund" and ambulances for the health sector in 2023.
At this event, T&T Group donated 5 billion VND to support the Hong Lam Education Promotion Fund; and donated 2 ambulances worth more than 1.5 billion VND to Ha Tinh city.
Ha Tinh is a land famous for its tradition of studiousness, producing and nurturing many famous scholars, making great contributions to the country's culture. The tradition of studiousness has been lit up, passed down, preserved by generations of Ha Tinh people, creating a unique cultural identity.
Many new generations of Ha Tinh children have made the tradition of Hong Lam land of learning famous. The number of students achieving national excellent student status, being valedictorians of university entrance exams, and being admitted to prestigious universities in the world has recently increased. Among them, many are from poor families, struggling to pay for their education.
At the end of August 2021, the "Fund to Support High-Achievement Students in Particularly Difficult Circumstances to Enter University" (now part of the Hong Lam Land Scholarship Fund) was established by Ha Tinh province. Recognizing this as a particularly meaningful program, T&T Group decided to donate 3.5 billion VND to the fund in the first year of its operation.

In 2023, T&T Group will continue to accompany the fund with a support amount of 5 billion VND, hoping to help many students with especially difficult circumstances, but always have the will to rise up, overcome adversity to achieve high results in their studies in Ha Tinh province. The total amount of money that T&T Group supports for the fund is 8.5 billion VND (3.5 billion VND in 2021 and 5 billion VND in 2023).
The funds donated by T&T Group will be used by the fund to support students in particularly difficult circumstances, achieving a total score of 25 points or more in the university entrance exam for 3 subjects. According to the regulations on the support level and duration, for students with a score of 28 points or more, medical students will receive a support of 2,500,000 VND/month; schools in the police, military, and border defense sectors will receive a support of 500,000 VND/month; other schools: 2,000,000 VND/month...
The support period is 10 months/year; no more than 6 years for medical university students; no more than 5 years for technical, police, and military schools; no more than 4 years for other schools. For students who score from 25 to under 28 points, the fund supports 1 million VND/month. To date, the fund has supported 216 disadvantaged students with high scores to enter university (107 in 2021; 58 in 2022; 51 in 2023).
Speaking at the ceremony to receive and honor organizations and individuals supporting the "Hong Lam Land Scholarship Fund", Ha Tinh Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung acknowledged and thanked the attention and support of organizations and individuals accompanying the fund over the years, including the significant contribution of T&T Group. The Ha Tinh Provincial Party Secretary hopes that agencies, units, organizations and individuals will continue to pay attention and accompany the locality in implementing social security activities and building a constantly growing scholarship fund.

Along with the activities to encourage learning and talent, T&T Group has also sponsored 2 ambulances for Ha Tinh city with a total value of more than 1.5 billion VND. This is a specialized ambulance with full superior features to serve the medical team in transporting and rescuing patients.
After the Covid-19 pandemic, along with the whole country, the Ha Tinh health sector has faced many difficulties. Two ambulances sponsored by T&T Group will contribute significantly to Ha Tinh General Hospital in supporting emergency care, care and protection of people's health.
Taking the philosophy of business development associated with social responsibility as a guideline in all activities, during 30 years of formation and development, T&T Group has always actively responded and pioneered in accompanying and implementing the policies of the Party and Government on social security work with a budget of hundreds of billions of VND each year.
