There are few cities with such a long history, cultural depth and rich cultural resources as the capital Hanoi. Hanoi's culture and people are endless resources and potentials, which if exploited will create a huge driving force for development.
Referring to Hanoi's efforts in promoting the role of culture and creative spaces, the guests also provided evidence showing the unique value of Hanoi's culture through the network of creative spaces being deployed.
