From 0:00 today, January 15, many TV channels of VTC Digital Television, Voice of Vietnam Television (VOVTV), and Nhan Dan Television will stop broadcasting.
According to the announcement of VTC Digital Television Station , the unit will cease all operations from January 15.

VTC channels such as: VTC1 HD , VTC2 , VTC3 HD , VTC4 HD , VTC5 HD , VTC6 HD , VTC7 HD , VTC8 , VTC9 HD, VTC10 HD , VTC11 , VTC14 HD , VTC16 HD will stop production and broadcasting on all broadcasting infrastructures. The tasks and functions of VTC Digital Television Station will be transferred to Vietnam Television ( VTV ). VOV TV and Nhan Dan Television will also officially stop operating from 0:00 on January 15. Previously, National Assembly TV and News Television stopped operating from the beginning of January 2025. VTC Digital Television Station was established on August 19, 2004 to apply and test digital technology in television broadcasting. In 2015, the station was transferred to the Voice of Vietnam Radio for management. VOV TV was established in 2008, while Nhan Dan Television was established in 2015. National Assembly Television was broadcast on a trial basis from October 2014 to January 2015. From January 2015, a specialized television channel on the National Assembly was officially launched, with the task of transmitting information about the National Assembly, the activities of the Party and the State to voters in all provinces and cities across the country. The termination of the above television channels was carried out in accordance with Resolution 178 of the Politburo and Plan 141 of the Government on streamlining the organizational apparatus.
