Also aiming to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (Beijing+30), UN Women launched the #GenTalk campaign - a youth initiative to promote intergenerational dialogue and action for gender equality. The owners of the Top 10 #GenTalk initiatives were present at the Women's Leadership Dialogue 2024 to exhibit their innovative and groundbreaking ideas for gender equality. This is an opportunity for young people to share their initiatives, strongly inspiring young people in Dien Bien and neighboring areas to become positive change makers in the future.

The program is expected to inspire and encourage young women leaders in Dien Bien and the northern mountainous provinces, to foster the spirit of daring to think, daring to do and daring to change. At the same time, it will build an equal and inclusive leadership culture where women can contribute more to social issues and sustainable development.
