Regarding the parents' reflection that the Parents' Representative Board of Phu Cat High School No. 3 (Phu Cat District) mobilized money to buy televisions to teach 10th graders and Nguyen Huu Quang High School mobilized money to build student parking lots, the Department's leaders said that the mobilization did not ensure the principle of voluntariness, causing negative impacts on the education and training sector.

"The Department of Education and Training has asked the principals of the two schools to coordinate with the Parents' Representative Committee to remedy the situation and stop the illegal campaign against the voluntary principle," said Mr. Dao Duc Tuan.

The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Dinh province also said that at the beginning of the school year, the Department had issued instructions on the implementation of tuition fees and service fees to support educational activities other than tuition fees to meet the needs of learners and other fees for educational institutions in the 2024-2025 school year...
