Hoa Sen University carries the goal and mission of accompanying the development of high-quality human resources for the country's development. In August 2024, the school issued many policies for the development of high-quality human resources with many privileges and scholarships for new students.
Hoa Sen Go Global Policy
Hoa Sen Go Global is a special experience program for new students with the desire to create conditions for students to have early access to advanced education, be ready to integrate into an international standard training environment and respect differences.
The Hoa Sen Go Global experience helps you visit and experience large enterprises; visit industry fairs; exchange learning and cultural exchange at major universities in other countries, and seek job opportunities at foreign enterprises. In August 2024, Hoa Sen University will give new students a 3-day, 2-night experience in Thailand or Malaysia and will depart in August and September 2024.
In case of not participating in Hoa Sen Go Global, students can choose 1 of 2 scholarship policies. Accordingly, Scholarship Package 1 will be the NEAS (Australia) standard English enhancement course - Global Connect. Candidates can participate in the NEAS (Australia) standard enhancement course organized by Hoa Sen University in September 2024. The course prepares a solid English foundation, helping students easily integrate into the international standard training environment at the university. Scholarship Package 2 is a 5 million VND incentive directly deducted from the first semester tuition fee. This is to support candidates to participate in advanced foreign language courses, ready to integrate into the international standard training environment at HSU.
An Cu Package - Special privilege for candidates outside HCMC
Hoa Sen University has a Residential Policy for new students from provinces and cities with registered residence outside of Ho Chi Minh City, to accompany localities in the mission of developing high-quality human resources. The school supports a Residential Package for studying in Ho Chi Minh City worth 2 million VND, deducted directly from the first semester tuition fee.
Scholarships for Education and Public Administration
With the mission of accompanying the education and state management sectors to develop high-quality human resources for society, the school will award special scholarships equivalent to 10% of tuition fees for the first two years of study to children of teachers of high schools that are partners of Hoa Sen University and to children of civil servants of departments, branches and sectors in Vietnam.
Scholarship for Developing Human Resources for Innovation – Technology and International Integration
Accompanying the development of human resources for innovative, creative and integrated professions, HSU grants scholarships worth 10 million VND to all students admitted to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) major; the accompanying Enterprise scholarship is equivalent to 30% of the full course tuition fee, accordingly the tuition fee for the Fintech major is 60 million VND per year; all students admitted to the Chinese Language major will be granted scholarships equivalent to 45% of the full course tuition fee.
Multiple channels to support students
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school will implement a tuition reduction policy when paying annually. Candidates paying for 1, 2, 3 years and the entire course will receive a 5%, 12%, 15% and 20% reduction in tuition fees, respectively. The school has coordinated with Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) to develop a tuition installment program. Candidates applying and enrolling at HSU can participate in the tuition installment program via credit card for up to 12 months with a preferential interest rate of 0%, card limit up to 1 billion VND. In particular, the school supports the conversion fee for the first payment.
