Head of the Central External Relations Commission Le Hoai Trung congratulated Comrade Ha Vi on being appointed by the Party and State of China as Ambassador to Vietnam, expressing high trust in the Ambassador personally; believing that with his rich experience, Ambassador Ha Vi will make many positive and effective contributions to promoting the increasingly positive and healthy development of Vietnam - China relations. Head of the Central External Relations Commission expressed his joy at the positive developments of Vietnam - China relations in recent times, with many important milestones; affirming the consistent policy of the Party and State of Vietnam to attach importance to developing relations with China, considering this a top priority and strategic choice. Head of the Central External Relations Commission Le Hoai Trung suggested that the two sides continue to closely coordinate to promote comprehensive development of the bilateral relations, including promoting high-level exchanges and contacts in the coming time; The two sides thoroughly implemented the high-level common awareness, promoted cooperation in all fields, contributed to further strengthening the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, and built a Vietnam-China Community of Shared Future of strategic significance. Ambassador Ha Vi thanked Head of the Central External Relations Commission Le Hoai Trung for taking the time to receive him; congratulated the 75th anniversary of the Central External Relations Commission's Traditional Day, and highly appreciated the role of the Central External Relations Commission in promoting relations between the two Parties and two countries.
Ambassador Ha Vi expressed his honor to receive the assignment in Vietnam, emphasizing the guiding role of the Party channel relationship for the overall relationship between the two countries, especially the visits of the highest leaders of the two Parties and the two countries in recent times. The Ambassador hoped that the two sides would continue to coordinate to promote the development of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries in depth in the direction of "6 more". Ambassador Ha Vi suggested that the two sides strengthen cooperation in theoretical research in the fields of Party building, the path to socialism, and the development of a socialist market economy suitable to the characteristics of each country. Ambassador Ha Vi also expressed his hope that the two sides would step up propaganda work to consolidate the social foundation of the bilateral relationship, so that cadres, party members and people of the two countries could have a deeper understanding of the tradition of friendship between the two Parties, the two countries and the two peoples, the current achievements of friendly cooperation and the bright future of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries.
