The National Innovation Center (NIC), HANSIBA Association, and N&G Group have shared specific information about each other's strengths and agreed to sign a Cooperation Agreement on jointly promoting support for Vietnamese supporting industry enterprises to be qualified to participate deeply in the global production chain with multinational corporations - FDI enterprises, large corporations of Vietnam including but not limited to innovation, invention generation, technology, production processes, training of high-tech workers, management and operation, technology transfer, infrastructure of new-generation Industrial Parks - Factories, startups in the field of supporting industry - high technology... contributing to the overall development of Vietnam's supporting industry in a truly practical and effective manner in the coming time.

N&G Group will prepare modern, synchronous, high-quality infrastructure in industrial parks developed by N&G Group in the 3 regions of North - Central - South of Vietnam with the criteria of a complete and complete industrial ecosystem such as housing for workers - experts, medical centers, commercial service - sports - cultural areas, schools, specialized high-tech vocational training facilities, logistics, customs... aiming at the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations, N&G Group also has many investment support policies, incentives on land rental prices, factory rental, fastest one-stop support services and has a strategy to train high-quality human resources to attract investment projects, innovation, research and development, production of high-tech products that meet international standards, especially in the field of manufacturing microchips, semiconductors, products for electric cars, agricultural machinery, electronic components and aviation, drones... with the aim of The goal is for Vietnamese enterprises to have the best conditions and competitive capacity to strongly participate in the global production and supply chain.

The parties will coordinate together to support and attract domestic and international high-tech supporting industry enterprises with capacity to form high-tech production complexes for semiconductor chips; electronic components, aviation components, high-precision mechanical components... first in phase 2 of HANSSIP Hanoi Industrial Park and in some specialized industrial parks invested and developed by N&G Group in some other provinces and cities of Vietnam.

The National Innovation Center (NIC), under the Ministry of Planning and Investment, will be the focal point for supporting and developing the startup and innovation ecosystem, contributing to renewing the growth model on the basis of science and technology development.
