In addition, in the road sector, three documents were also signed to build cross-border traffic works in the Thanh Thuy international border gate area, Vietnam - Thien Bao, China. Protocol on simplifying import and export procedures through Thanh Thuy international border gate, Vietnam - Thien Bao, China for staff and vehicles; Memorandum of Understanding on road technical cooperation between the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and the Ministry of Transport of China.

The two documents on construction of cross-border traffic works will create an important legal basis for the two provinces of Ha Giang of Vietnam and Yunnan of China, to deploy investment in construction of cross-border traffic works in the Thanh Thuy (Vietnam) - Thien Bao (China) international border gate area, increasing trade of goods between the people of the two sides.
