The content of the 2025 sports event for officers directly training new soldiers is to teach and maintain a lesson on infantry combat tactics and team command.

For new soldiers, the 7 contents include: General awareness of military, politics, logistics, and technology; live ammunition shooting lesson 1 with AK submachine gun; grenade throwing technique lesson 1; wrapping and explosives technique lesson 1; practicing tactical movements of each person in offensive combat; practicing command movements of each person in unarmed and armed formations; practicing breaststroke.

This sports festival aims to evaluate the quality, actual level, training capacity of cadres, training results of new soldiers in 2025 for military, political, logistical, technical contents, as a basis for drawing experience, continuing to direct, foster, improve the quality, training level for cadres at all levels, new soldiers in the following years to meet the requirements of the mission, at the same time overcome limitations and shortcomings to improve the level in command, management and organization of training to participate in the Military Region Sports Festival to achieve high results.
