Meanwhile, the benchmark for high-tech welding and computer accounting is 16 points, meaning that you only need an average of 4 points for each subject to pass. In 2023, the benchmark for these two majors is 20 points.

Explaining this, Dr. Le Dinh Kha said: "This year, the automotive engineering industry continues to attract the largest number of applications and the average score of candidates in this industry is also high. Meanwhile, in the welding industry, although businesses are very thirsty for human resources and the starting salary for new graduates is more than ten million VND/month, not including the allowance for heavy industry, the number of applicants is very small."

Admission score to Cao Thang Technical College is also the score to receive additional admission applications.

Similarly, according to Mr. Kha, the accounting and information technology major does not attract as many candidates as other majors at the school, although businesses are in great need of them. Therefore, the benchmark for this major and high-tech welding is lower than other majors.

Dr. Le Dinh Kha noted that candidates admitted to Cao Thang Technical College based on high school graduation exam scores must confirm their enrollment and pay the first semester tuition fee from July 22-27, either directly at the school or online on the website. During this time, candidates who do not do so will be considered to have refused admission.

The school also announced that it will continue to accept additional admission applications based on graduation exam scores until the quota for 18 majors is met, with the combinations A00, A01, D01 and the admission score is equal to the above admission score.
