Implementing many emulation movements to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day

The emulation contents implemented include: Emulation movement to promote the construction of civilized urban areas, "Bright - green - clean - beautiful"; emulation movement "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift, fighting waste" to speed up the progress of the investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region; emulation movement "For the poor - Leaving no one behind"; emulation to ensure security, order and social safety; appraisal and proposal of works and projects to ensure quality and progress, and installation of signs to inaugurate works to celebrate major holidays and the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital.

Along with that, publishing the book Beautiful Flowers, volume XXX; completing documents and procedures to submit to all levels to award Medals to the Party Committee, government and people of Hanoi city; advising the city to consider and award the title "Excellent Capital Citizen"; competing to ensure social security, repaying gratitude; propaganda activities, educating traditions.

The emulation period for the above movements is from February to October 2024. Participants: Departments, branches, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, units under the city; districts, towns. Based on the results, the city will reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movements.

To do this well, the City People's Committee requires 100% of the city's units to carry out practical activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day and major holidays of the Capital and the country in many diverse and rich forms; promote patriotic emulation movements, strive to excellently complete the socio-economic targets in 2024. The activities are organized effectively, practically, with specific solutions, ensuring self-awareness, suitable to the actual conditions of each locality and unit, contributing to strongly promoting the patriotic emulation movement in the city.

The City People's Committee requests and proposes that departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations of the city; districts, towns and units under the city implement the contents specified in the project and plan of Hanoi city on organizing activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, develop specific plans of their agencies, units, sectors and levels to implement the emulation movement.
