On the afternoon of November 8, in Ha Tinh, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee of the three provinces of Ha Tinh - Son La - Lao Cai held a conference to exchange experiences in mass mobilization work.

Head of the Mass Mobilization Commission of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Truong Thanh Huyen, Head of the Mass Mobilization Commission of Son La Provincial Party Committee Luu Minh Quan and Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilization Commission of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Le Dinh Loi chaired the conference.

At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee of the three provinces provided general information on the economic, cultural and social situation in the area and some outstanding results in mass mobilization work and implementation of democratic regulations.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee of the three provinces also shared some experiences in solving complicated problems; coordination between departments, branches, and sectors; the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in propaganda, mobilization, gathering, and uniting the people to develop the socio-economy, maintain national defense and security, etc.

Accordingly, the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission researched and advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to issue Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU on improving the quality and effectiveness of building and implementing grassroots democracy regulations in the new situation; participating in handling issues of public concern; focusing on implementing social security work; promoting administrative reform associated with improving the business environment, focusing on focal points for handling administrative procedures; building a topic on the process of implementing grassroots democracy in mobilizing people's resources to build new rural areas...

Head of the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Luu Minh Quan informed about mass mobilization work and implementation of democratic regulations in the area.

The Son La Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee actively advises on concretizing leadership and direction documents, organizing and implementing mass mobilization work in accordance with the practical situation; leading and directing the political system at all levels to continue effectively implementing mass mobilization work and ethnic policies in ethnic minority areas; strengthening the grasp of the situation, thoughts, aspirations of the people, especially in remote, isolated and border areas...

In Lao Cai province, mass mobilization work has been strengthened, with innovations, creating positive changes in awareness, responsibility, and coordination in implementing mass mobilization work of all levels and sectors in the entire political system from the province to the grassroots; the emulation movement of "skillful mass mobilization" associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style has achieved results and has practical significance in all fields. Direct contact and dialogue with the people by leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels is carried out regularly.

Deputy Head of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Le Dinh Loi shared experiences in mass mobilization work and implementing democratic regulations in the area.

The delegates also focused on analyzing the difficulties in mass mobilization work and implementing grassroots democracy regulations in localities to learn from experience, find solutions to advise and organize more effective implementation in the coming time.

The conference is an opportunity for the parties to exchange and share experiences and methods in advising the Party Committee on policies, tasks and solutions to implement mass mobilization, ethnic and religious work and the emulation movement of "skillful mass mobilization" in the new situation. The Mass Mobilization Committees of the three provinces agreed to continue to strengthen coordination, maintain visits and exchange experiences.
