On the occasion of the 1,100th anniversary of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang's birth and the Hoa Lu Festival in 2024, the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital's Center for Conservation of Historical and Cultural Relics has put into operation the "Hoa Lu in me" experience area right at the Relic Site.
The Center has cooperated with ERCA Experimental Fine Arts Company Limited to open for the first time an exhibition area for printing and pattern making experiences on stone and wood materials called "Hoa Lu in me". Printing techniques (using rollers) and Pattern making techniques (using patterns). The "Hoa Lu in me" experience area is flexibly designed, with a combination of two spaces: a sample pattern gallery and an outdoor experience space.
Coming to the experience area, visitors will visit the gallery with highly artistic and colorful patterns made by experts; the carvings have outstanding value in terms of visual arts. The content and meaning of the motifs carry profound humanistic messages, praising the land, nature and people of the ancient capital Hoa Lu with a thousand years of civilization.
In addition, in the outdoor experience space, visitors can practice printing and patterning patterns with fresh colors, fast time, easy operation, creating an interesting experience space, promoting the need to learn and entertain of domestic and foreign visitors when visiting and learning at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Monument.
The Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical and Cultural Relics Conservation Center is preserving and storing about 1,000 artifacts, including 5 national treasures. The launch of the "Hoa Lu in Me" experience space aims to enrich heritage promotion activities right in the heart of the relic, introducing the unique cultural features of the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. From there, it aims to spread the unique and special cultural values of the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Relic Site.
