On the morning of November 9, the Propaganda Department of Thanh Hoa City Party Committee coordinated with Thanh Hoa Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station to deploy a propaganda plan for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

According to the plan, the time to hold the congresses of Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees will start from January 10, 2025 and will be completed no later than March 15, 2025. The time for the grassroots congresses under the City Party Committee will start from February 18, 2025 and will be completed no later than May 10, 2025. The time for the 22nd Thanh Hoa City Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is expected to take place in June 2025.
To successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels, the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee has coordinated with Thanh Hoa Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station to develop a propaganda plan to raise awareness among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life about the meaning and importance of the Congress. Thereby, creating an exciting atmosphere, encouraging and motivating cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all walks of life to promote patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening, and great solidarity to carry out emulation movements well and make achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels.
The propaganda content focuses on Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; Plan No. 266-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress; Plan No. 237-KH/TU of the City Party Standing Committee on organizing the 22nd Party Congress of Party cells, grassroots Party Committees and City Party Committees, term 2020-2025. The results of implementing the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels are associated with the outstanding achievements of the country, the province and the city. Emulation movements to achieve achievements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels; thoughts, feelings and aspirations of cadres, Party members and People sent to the Congress; orienting public opinion, refuting wrong views, taking advantage of giving opinions on draft congress documents to distort and deny the political platform, Party Charter, Constitution, State laws and congress personnel work...
In addition to propagating party congresses at all levels, the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, Thanh Hoa Newspaper, and the Provincial Radio and Television Station have also developed a propaganda plan to celebrate the 220th anniversary of the provincial capital (1804 - 2024), the 30th anniversary of the city's establishment (1994 - 2024) and 10 class I cities (2014 - 2024).
