Dr. Cao Huu Thinh, who practices at Dr. Le Som Lan Clinic, was fined VND24.5 million for disclosing medical conditions, patient information provided, and medical records; advertising special products, goods, and services without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising according to regulations. Dr. Cao Huu Thinh was also forced to remove and delete advertisements whose content had not been confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising. In addition to practicing at the above address, according to information from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, Dr. Cao Huu Thinh also registered to practice at Tu Du Hospital and a private hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
Korean Star Cosmetic Surgery Hospital Co., Ltd. - Sao Han (156A Ly Thai To, Ward 1, District 3) was fined VND90 million by the Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health for violations at Sao Han 1 Cosmetic Clinic (781/C5-C7 Le Hong Phong, Ward 12, District 10). Sao Han 1 Cosmetic Clinic provided medical examination and treatment services without a business license, so its operations were suspended for 18 months.
Viva Beauty Dental Company Limited (Specialized Dentistry Clinic, at 46 Dien Bien Phu, Da Kao Ward, District 1) was fined 12 million VND for operating with a signboard but not having enough basic information as prescribed by law; recording the names of departments and rooms in the medical examination and treatment facility inconsistently with the operating license; creating a medical examination and treatment book but not recording it fully as prescribed by law.
Kim Cuong Life Quality Company Limited (56 Nguyen Huy Tu, Da Kao Ward, District 1) was fined 57 million VND for violations at Branch 4 (Diamond Obstetrics and Pediatrics Center, Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, Pediatrics Clinic, Diagnostic Imaging Clinic, Laboratory; at 9 Tran Quoc Thao, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3). Branch 4 violated the law by not registering medical practitioners to practice medical examination and treatment according to the law; establishing medical examination and treatment records but not recording them fully according to the law.
