Ho Chi Minh City joins hands towards the homeland's borders, seas and islands

At the press conference providing information on socio-economic issues and epidemic prevention work in the city last week (held on the afternoon of August 31), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Pham Minh Tuan said that in 2023, the Art Exchange Program "Towards the Border, Sea, and Islands of the Fatherland" proudly entered its 10th year, held at the Ho Chi Minh City Television Theater at 7:30 p.m. on September 7.

The program was also broadcast live on HTV1 channel; Fanpage "Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front" and re-broadcast on HTV9 channel at 8:40 p.m. the same day.

According to Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, this year's program will review the journey of the Fund "For the homeland's sea and islands - For the frontline of the Fatherland" over the past 10 years, especially taking care of officers and soldiers working and people living in the border, sea and island areas of the Fatherland with many diverse and rich activities.

In addition, through songs and melodies about the sea and islands, about the love for the homeland performed by singers who have been to Truong Sa, the southwestern islands of the Fatherland and especially with the participation of soldiers of the border guard force, the Navy will contribute to strengthening the relationship and solidarity between the army and the people. At the same time, the program continues to call for the attention of agencies, units; organizations, businesses, religious establishments, overseas Vietnamese... to contribute to the Fund "For the sea and islands of the homeland - For the frontline of the Fatherland" of the City.
