On January 13, Phu Tho Power Company held a conference to summarize production, business and construction investment activities in 2024 and deploy tasks and plans for 2025. Attending the conference were leaders of the Northern Power Corporation.

In 2024, Phu Tho Power Company ensured safe, stable and continuous power supply for political, economic, production and business activities and daily life in the province. By the end of 2024, 100% of communes under the province's management had access to the national grid. Commercial electricity output was 4,165.67 million kWh, an increase of 9.93% compared to 2023, reaching and exceeding 102.35% of the 2024 legal target assigned by the Northern Power Corporation.

Thanks to the promotion of technology application and achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution, Phu Tho Power Company has gradually modernized the power grid, reduced power loss, and improved power supply reliability. Actual power loss remained at 4.39%. Power supply reliability has been continuously improved. Pmax capacity reached 752.9 MW, an increase of 5.08% over the same period in 2023.

In 2024, Phu Tho Power Company will continue to make its mark as a unit with strong digital transformation steps, bringing convenience, openness and transparency to electricity customers. Currently, the Company has provided 100% of electricity services electronically, 100% of level 4 online electricity services and connected 100% of electricity services to the national public service portal.

In 2024, the Company completed 57 projects with the main scale: New construction and renovation of 77km of medium voltage lines; 242km of low voltage lines; installation of 105 transformer stations with a total capacity of 21,490 kVA. Especially right after the power grid system in the province was affected by storms, the Company directed the power companies of districts, cities and towns to quickly find, classify and fix the problems.

Two groups were awarded by the Electricity Group for their outstanding achievements in performing their tasks in 2024.

At the same time, isolate the fault point to restore power to customers as quickly as possible. Implement activities in the customer appreciation month with the theme "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely and effectively"; the Electricity Company organized the 10th EVN Red Week humanitarian blood donation program; sponsored the construction and repair of a number of schools; built gratitude houses in many localities; visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and visited families with policies in difficult circumstances. Social security activities and community activities during the year have contributed to spreading historical traditions and arousing cultural pride in the Electricity industry.

Implementing the tasks and plans for 2025, Phu Tho Power Company will continue to drastically and strongly implement solutions to ensure sufficient electricity supply for socio-economic development needs in the dry season and throughout 2025; ensure electricity supply for Party Congresses at all levels and strive to comprehensively complete the 2025 plan and the 5-year plan for 2021 - 2025.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals were awarded by Vietnam Electricity Group, Northern Power Corporation and Phu Tho Power Company for their outstanding achievements in performing tasks in 2024.
