Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation is a multi-industry and multi-field production and business unit, with a parent company - subsidiary company model. Currently, the Corporation has 19 subsidiaries, with headquarters, offices, and factories located in many provinces and cities across the country.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the great efforts of the Board of Directors and the collective of cadres, employees and workers of the unit in 2023, as one of the typical units of the province, in recent years, regularly having many practical activities, paying attention to the work of ensuring social security, eliminating hunger and reducing poverty, joining hands to build new rural areas.
In Party building work, the unit is also a typical model of Party building and development in enterprises. The Party Committee of Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation has been evaluated, classified and honored by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee as a typical clean and strong Party Committee for many years, and has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Party Committee many times.
In the coming time, he suggested that the unit prioritize the implementation of the following tasks: Research and implement the Project on developing the production and use of organic fertilizers until 2030, with a vision to 2050 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on December 7, 2023; Aiming for a green and clean agriculture, taking the lead in the production of organic fertilizers to contribute to reducing environmental pollution, creating safe agricultural products, protecting consumers' health, and increasing economic efficiency in production.
In addition, the unit needs to continue investing in science and technology, improving production processes to improve product quality; have specific solutions in implementing marketing strategies, producing many good quality products that are well received by consumers inside and outside the province; strengthen joint ventures and partnerships with large enterprises inside and outside the province, and gradually approach and deploy e-commerce - one of the pioneering fields of the digital economy, helping to improve competitiveness, develop and expand the market for businesses.
In addition, the provincial leaders noted that it is necessary to focus on building corporate culture; building and maintaining product brands and corporate brands; affirming the leading role of enterprises together with organizations and intellectuals to support each other in development, actively investing in agriculture and rural areas, contributing to building modern agriculture, wealthy farmers, and civilized rural areas.
The unit also needs to pay attention to human resource development, have policies to attract qualified and highly skilled workers to work and stay long-term. Continue to implement policies for workers well, and maintain a harmonious relationship of interests between the State, enterprises and workers. Regularly organize patriotic emulation movements well, creating motivation to promote production and business development.
Continue to promote the role of Party organizations in enterprises to contribute to the production and business process; pay attention to creating conditions for mass organizations to operate effectively. Continue to fulfill the responsibility of enterprises to the community and society. Accompany the province in the program "Tet for the poor in 2024", first of all, take care of the staff, employees and workers in the whole Corporation to celebrate the traditional Tet Giap Thin 2024 warmly and happily.
At the launching ceremony, Party Secretary and Deputy General Director Truong Van Hung launched the emulation movement with the goals of productivity, quality, and efficiency, ensuring both good agricultural production and effective business right from the first day of the new year.
