"Dan Truong and I wanted to think about the long-term problem"
Becoming a guest on the show "Sweet Memories" with singer Quang Ha, Thanh Thao shared many stories about her career, love as well as major turning points in her life.

In response, Thanh Thao admitted that she and Dan Truong used to have a very close relationship and thought about a "long-term" relationship. However, due to the nature of their work, the two temporarily put aside other issues. Now, the two have become close friends.
"In general, we were young, we performed together a lot. We loved each other very much at that time. Dan Truong and I really wanted to think about deeper, longer-term issues.
But at that time, we were all passionate about art. The school was just starting to gain popularity, and so was I, so I had to put aside my personal love to prioritize art and contribute to the audience.
Until now, we still love, cherish, and are close to each other, sharing everything in life with each other," the female singer confided.
Dan Truong - Thanh Thao was once a couple that "stormed" the Vietnamese music market for a long time.
Besides Dan Truong, Thanh Thao also admitted to having a romantic relationship with Quang Dung. As a guest, Quang Ha revealed: "I know a little bit about whether Thanh Thao knew Quang Dung or not. I think at that time, it was true love, not just a crush like with Dan Truong."
Thanh Thao humorously said: "Until now, Quang Dung is still a confidant, a close friend to me."
Happy with current life
According to Kim Tu Long, because of her passion for singing, Thanh Thao gave up two relationships, but he wondered why the female singer put her career on hold to go to America.

Answering her senior's question, Thanh Thao said that she decided to settle abroad because she thought about her children's future. Although she knew that in Vietnam she would be much happier, and her conditions and development would be stronger.
"When I went there, I was already famous, so I had many shows every week, but many people weren't so lucky and had to start over. Because I had shows, I thought that audiences were audiences everywhere, so I would sing with all my heart, and wherever I lived, as long as I could adapt to the environment, I would survive.
At that time, I didn't think I would have a baby because I was at an age where I shouldn't have children, this was a gift from God. I feel lucky to have met and chosen the right man who makes me feel secure, peaceful and happy like now.
It's been 7 years since we started dating and Quang Ha is probably the friend who understands Thanh Thao the most, is close to her and has many sweet memories with her," the female singer recounted.
After 30 years of working, Thanh Thao now has a happy family in the US. She said she is satisfied with what she owns at the present time.
