Especially for the hotel business and tourism service establishments in Da Nang city with many fierce competitions, attracting tourists is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for us to affirm our position and brand. By applying creative and effective marketing solutions, we believe that the Da Nang tourism business community will overcome difficulties and reach success together.

"With the aim of helping tourism service businesses update and equip themselves with more knowledge about trends, markets, build business strategies, improve the effectiveness of sales & marketing activities in tourism service business, the practical sharing of experts at the seminar will help human resources at tourism service businesses, especially sales and marketing staff at the units, improve their knowledge and professional quality, thereby improving the quality of services at the establishments, contributing to the development of Da Nang tourism industry", said Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai An.

The seminar was attended by 3 experts: Mr. Nguyen Quang Son - Country Director of GTDO - Global Tourism Development Organization, Mr. Ngo Phuoc Linh - CEO of GTDO and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoa - Country Director of Viet Deli, Country Executive Director of Viet Deli - Ngon Viet Nam Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, responsible for managing and operating the entire restaurant chain stretching from North to South.

Experts shared based on many years of practical experience implementing marketing solutions applied in tourism accommodation establishments such as for each customer market, businesses need to build unique, attractive products, learn specifically about market needs and tastes to make it more convenient in the process of approaching and transacting. In the process of finding customers and promoting products, businesses need to expand the sharing of information about the destination rather than just focusing on introducing the facility because tourists today value the experience at the destination when traveling.
