The Quang Binh Province Workers-Farmers-Soldiers Mass Art Festival is held every two years; it is a gathering place for typical core members of the grassroots mass art movement and always receives enthusiastic support, response and encouragement from a large number of cadres and people in units and localities.

The 2024 Workers-Farmers-Soldiers Mass Arts Festival with the theme "Echoes forever" is an opportunity to widely propagate and educate local people, especially cadres, soldiers of the armed forces, union members, youth, students and pupils about the glorious revolutionary tradition of the Party Committee, army and people of Quang Binh in the process of protecting and building the homeland and country.

At the same time, the Festival also shows the affection and heart of the people of Quang Binh province towards the glorious Party and great Uncle Ho; arouses national pride and the fine traditions of the homeland. Honors and promotes the revolutionary tradition, affirms the great achievements of the Party Committee and people of the province through the revolutionary periods, especially after 35 years of re-establishment of the province (1989-2019).

Mr. Ha Quoc Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Binh province shared: The festival not only stops at evaluating the results of cultural and artistic movements of localities and units but is also an opportunity for mass art troupes of localities and units to learn and exchange experiences to further improve the quality and effectiveness of cultural and artistic activities at the grassroots level.

We believe that, with the lyrics, singing, and dances of the actors, we will bring to the Festival special programs and artistic performances. Those will be the most beautiful flowers to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th Anniversary of the National Defense Day - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Binh province said.

According to Mr. Ha Quoc Phong, the performances in this festival have high artistic cohesion, creating an emotional and impressive program. The music has been innovated in terms of harmony and arrangement, and the singing groups and choirs have been given attention in creating a harmony.

The Organizing Committee awarded 15 A prizes, 20 B prizes and 15 C prizes for excellent performances. Regarding the overall group awards: The excellent prize was awarded to the Quang Trach district mass art troupe, the first prize went to the Dong Hoi city troupe, the second prize went to the Department of Education and Training troupe, and the third prize went to the Ba Don town and Quang Ninh district troupe.
