In particular, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), Hanoi city will organize a ceremony to honor typical cultural families of the capital, awarding certificates of merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee to 90 typical households.

Thereby, to encourage families to continue to promote the building and fostering of family values, taking the family as the foundation to restore, inherit and promote the traditional moral and cultural values ​​of Thang Long - Hanoi.
