Considering culture as a modern management tool, TNG Holdings Vietnam focuses on investing in cultural "touch points" to enhance employee experience.

That is the reason why the chain of 3 touch points - 3 cultural pillars of TNG Holdings Vietnam was born ”.
If TNGenZ is a touch point of business culture, TNG Share is a community-oriented activity, then TNGMei is a Traditional Festival with an emotional touch point for all employees.
Starting from 2019, every year, TNG people have a TNGMei season with a variety of cultural, sports and artistic activities. That is the time when they are immersed in colorful cultural parties, expressing their own interests, talents and personalities, contributing to a series of common cultural activities towards the anniversary of the Group's founding.
Each year, TNGMei changes according to a unique theme. For example, TNGMei 2021 is a music festival that inspires endless emotions. TNGMei 2022 explodes with interaction with the theme "Interact" spreading the spirit of interaction and connection. This year's TNGMei Traditional Festival brings excitement but is still full of emotions to unlock the upgraded version of the Group's genetic code together.

To prepare for TNGMei 2023, for more than 2 months, TNG people enthusiastically accumulated 27 million steps through TNG Step physical activities, painted a brilliant picture of youth with 882 articles in the storytelling contest, lit up the warrior's flame at the TNG Champion League football tournament, and the TNG AOE Championship e-sports tournament.
On the main day of TNGMei, that accumulated energy exploded through special viral show performances, imbued with TNG Holdings Vietnam's cultural values.
What is special about this year's Traditional Festival of TNG Holdings Vietnam is that leaders from high to middle level are all "burning" with the spirit of "leading by example". From there, they have spread the flame of enthusiasm, attracting all employees from the oldest to those who have just joined the Group to be ready to "be players, not spectators".

After 5 years of in-depth investment in culture, corporate culture has truly permeated deeply, helping employees develop their internal strength. This is also a powerful "assistant" contributing to the achievements that TNG Holdings Vietnam has achieved.
TNG Holdings Vietnam became “Asia’s Best Workplace”, honored in the top 24 enterprises meeting business culture standards in Vietnam in 2022. Recently, TNG Holdings Vietnam was honored by the prestigious Asia - Pacific Stevie Awards in the category of “Achievements in HR Innovation” thanks to the initiative “Building Corporate Culture to become the strength for internal cohesion”.

According to the management board of TNG Holdings Vietnam, in a volatile world with many unexpected and unpredictable factors, each individual and each organization must be more flexible to adapt quickly and continue to develop. TNG Holdings Vietnam needs a strong enough cultural gene to be able to adapt flexibly and achieve new development milestones.
Therefore, TNG Holdings Vietnam has upgraded the cultural gene code from version 5568 to version ROX. The upgraded gene code with the characteristics of Stronger - Compacter - More Sensitive will help TNG Holdings Vietnam strengthen the team from within, promote internal strength to open a new stage of development.
