Provincial Party Committee summarizes Party building work in 2023; 5 years (2021-2025) and Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo

On March 7, Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the Conference to review Party building work in 2023, Party building work in the 5 years (2021-2025) and Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Congress of the Party.

Attending the conference were comrades: Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of local departments and central party committees; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee members; leaders of departments, branches and localities.

With the high determination of Party committees, Party organizations (CBOs) and Party members (DVs), the Party building work of the province in 2023 and the 2021-2025 term has achieved many important results, which are decisive for the successful implementation of the common goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress. Party committees, CBOs at all levels and Party members in the entire Party have fully and deeply understood the Party building work; paid more attention to leading and directing the implementation of the task of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of CBOs and Party members; strengthened the dissemination and effective implementation of the Party's resolutions, directives, regulations, etc., especially resolutions, directives and conclusions on Party building and rectification work.

Political and ideological education work has received attention and has had positive changes. The work of building the organizational apparatus and the work of cadres has been innovated, implemented strictly, in accordance with procedures and regulations; the development of new Party members every year has achieved and exceeded the set targets. The inspection and supervision work of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels has gradually been implemented in accordance with the central direction. Mass mobilization work has had many positive changes, increasingly going into depth, close to the target, close to the grassroots. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the provincial Party Committee have been increasingly improved.

The Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have focused on leadership and direction; Party committees at all levels have been proactive, creative and successfully organized the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, ensuring the contents and requirements in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo, contributing to the success of the 13th National Congress of the Party.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed many ideas to the draft reports; at the same time, clarified the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings, causes and proposed key tasks and solutions to be implemented in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged and appreciated the delegates' comments and suggestions to direct relevant agencies to supplement and complete the reports. Regarding the direction and tasks for 2024 and from now until the end of the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees and trade unions at all levels to focus on building the Party politically.

Thereby creating unity within the Party, consensus in society on the Party's platform, guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; promoting the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially leaders; continuing to innovate and improve the quality of ideological and theoretical work; focusing on Party building in terms of morality; synchronously implementing solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, the quality of cadres and Party members; arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus in association with improving the effectiveness and efficiency of agencies in the political system; implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province in the 2023-2025 period; promoting the building of cadres, especially at the strategic level; innovating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of inspection, supervision, Party discipline, and mass mobilization work; At the same time, effectively implement Resolution 6 of the 13th Central Committee on continuing to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods over the political system in the new period...

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 4 TCĐs and 15 Party units that excellently completed their tasks in 2023 and within 5 years (2019-2023).
