Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee urgently requests review and report on wasteful projects

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee said that recently, implementing the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Prime Minister, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have issued many directive documents related to urging the progress of works and projects; reporting on projects and works that are behind schedule, ineffectively exploited, not put into use, wasteful (including public investment and private investment); this is an urgent matter that needs to be urgently assessed and have specific leadership and direction solutions for each project and work.

Therefore, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requests the secretaries of district, town and city Party Committees; heads of departments, branches and sectors to urgently direct and urge reports on projects and works that are behind schedule, ineffectively exploited, not put into use, or wasteful (specifically which agencies, localities and enterprises manage the projects) to send to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Requesting secretaries of district, town and city Party Committees; heads of departments, branches and sectors to focus on directing and taking responsibility before the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for reporting progress, accuracy and completeness of information, data and proposals and recommendations.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee focuses on synthesizing, researching, analyzing, evaluating, and proposing leadership and direction solutions; sending a report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee before February 20, 2025 for consideration and comments.
