Provincial Party Committee: Thoroughly grasp the directives, regulations and conclusions of the Politburo and Secretariat

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminate the following documents: Conclusion 83-KL/TW dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo on salary reform, pension adjustment, social insurance benefits, preferential benefits for people with meritorious services and social benefits from July 1, 2024; Conclusion No. 86-KL/TW dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on the development of Vietnamese Traditional Medicine and the Vietnam Oriental Medicine Association in the new period; Directive No. 37-CT/TW dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on innovation in vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas; Directive No. 38-CT/TW dated July 30, 2024 of the Secretariat on promoting national standards, metrology and quality work to 2030 and the following years; Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW dated August 12, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.

Next, Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 81-KL/TW dated June 4, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution of the Central Committee 7 (term XI) on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection.

Comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 84-KL/TW dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the 10th Politburo on continuing to build and develop literature and arts in the new period; Plan No. 337-KH/TU dated August 28, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion 84-KL/TW.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and Party members at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the directives, regulations and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee requires delegates to fully and systematically grasp the guiding spirit of the directives, regulations and conclusions that have been thoroughly disseminated; on that basis, organize dissemination and propaganda to all cadres, Party members and the masses in localities, agencies and units. In order for the directives, regulations and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat and the Provincial Party Committee's plan to be effectively implemented, Party committees at all levels, sectors and localities are required to study and develop action programs for specific, practical and effective implementation in conjunction with successfully carrying out assigned political tasks.

* In the morning of the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and learn the Directives, regulations and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat. Attending were members of the Executive Committee, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee and secretaries and deputy secretaries of the branches and affiliated Party Committees.
