Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, assessed the positive results in the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in Hai Duong with the contributions of many leaders at all levels who set an example, promoted the sense of responsibility, voluntarily asked for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement of the apparatus and create opportunities for the younger generation of cadres to continue their development.
Congratulating, praising and expressing gratitude for the contributions of the comrades who voluntarily retired early, comrade Tran Duc Thang assessed that these are shining examples for cadres and party members in the entire political system of the province to learn, behave and act.

On behalf of the retired cadres, Thanh Mien District Party Secretary Dong Dung Manh expressed his emotion and gratitude for the recognition and affection of the Provincial Party Secretary, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee. The comrades believe and wish the province to continue to develop rapidly and sustainably.
