Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasps Conclusion 127 of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat

BTO - On the morning of March 10, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on research and proposals to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system.

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasizing some key contents of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW. Accordingly, the Central Committee studies the orientation of merging some provincial-level administrative units, not organizing the district level, continuing to merge commune-level administrative units; implementing the 2-level local model (party organization, government, mass organizations) to ensure smooth, synchronous, interconnected, effective and efficient operations. Building the functions, tasks, powers, organizational apparatus, and staffing of local governments at the commune level. Building a project to arrange and streamline the agencies of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State after merging and consolidating; building a project on the party organization system at the local level (provincial and commune levels); ... Temporarily suspending the organization of party congresses at the commune and district levels; After the 11th Conference of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo will have specific instructions and guidance.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh said: Disseminating the content of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, Secretariat to Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations at all levels and cadres and Party members in the whole province aims to create unity in awareness, will and action.

To seriously implement Conclusion No. 127, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that it is necessary to do a good job of ideological work among cadres, party members and people. Each cadre and party member, regardless of their position or function, must be wholeheartedly devoted to their work. Continue to focus on the implementation of political tasks of agencies, units and localities; do not let work stagnate or be interrupted; do not let it affect the activities of Party committees, authorities, and organizations as well as the service of people and businesses. The Provincial Party Secretary also requested that Party committees, party organizations, authorities, etc. must resolutely carry out the task of socio-economic development, to strive to achieve the growth target set by the province. "Absolutely do not let the situation of waiting or quitting work occur, leading to delays in the work of the industry and the locality, affecting the overall progress of the whole province," the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.
