Ms. Doan Hoang Anh, daughter of Chairman of the Board of Directors Doan Nguyen Duc (Bau Duc), has just registered to buy 1 million HAG shares of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company from December 23, 2024 to January 21, 2025.
The transaction is expected to be carried out by order matching on the stock exchange. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Duc's daughter will increase her ownership from 13 million shares, equivalent to 1.23%, to 14 million shares, equivalent to 1.32%.
The purchase by Mr. Duc's daughter took place in the context of HAG's recent positive increase in market price. In the past month, HAG shares have increased by nearly 9%. At the end of the session on December 18, HAG's market price was VND12,400/share. It is estimated that at this price, Mr. Duc's daughter will need VND12.4 billion to buy more shares of her father's company.
Recently, Ms. Doan Hoang Anh also bought 2 million HAG shares, increasing her ownership to 13 million after two purchases. Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc currently owns 320 million shares, equivalent to more than 30% of the company's capital.

According to statistics from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai province, up to now, 336 enterprises have reported on the status of developing plans and schemes for year-end bonuses and Lunar New Year bonuses in 2025 for employees. Of these, 303 enterprises have developed plans and announced Tet bonus regimes.
For employees who have worked for 12 months or more, the average Tet bonus is nearly 11 million VND/person, equivalent to 1 month's salary or more. The lowest bonus is over 6 million VND/person.
In particular, a business in Trang Bom district has the highest Tet bonus for the director position of 380 million VND.
Regarding New Year bonuses, 100/336 enterprises have implemented a bonus regime with an average bonus of 1.1 - 2.5 million VND/person.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai province, assessed that this year's Tet bonus will not decrease compared to 2023, with some businesses increasing slightly.
Two bus routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai stopped operating.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, from January 1, 2025, bus routes 60-5 (An Suong bus station - Bien Hoa bus station) and 60-7 (Tan Phu bus station - Bien Hoa bus station) will stop operating due to low travel demand.
These two non-subsidized bus routes will begin operating in December 2022. The fare for a short trip is 7,000 VND, and the entire route is 45,000 VND. For students, the fare is 5,000 VND per trip; children under 1.3m tall, war invalids and sick soldiers (with war invalid or sick soldier card) and people over 70 years old are free.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center, at first the two bus routes attracted a large number of passengers, but they gradually decreased and now have few passengers, so the unit has stopped operating them to calculate flexible adjustments to meet the actual travel needs of the people.
Vehicles are prohibited on Nguyen Hue Street on December 21 and 22.
