The leader of the Traffic Safety Committee of Thua Thien Hue province has just announced that the authorities have found the bodies of two victims in the garbage truck accident that fell into the Huu Trach River on the morning of November 21.

Accordingly, at around 8am this morning, the body of Mr. Ton That Tin (born 1997, residing in Thuy Van ward, Hue city) was found about 6km from the scene of the incident.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh - Vice Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee directly went to the scene, directing forces to focus on zoning and searching for the second victim.

At around 10:30 a.m. the same day, the body of Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh (born in 1966, residing in Phuong Duc ward, Hue city) was found between Binh Thanh bridge and Huu Trach bridge.

As reported, at around 7:15 a.m. on November 21, Mr. Ton That Tin drove a garbage truck with license plate 75C - 044.83 carrying Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh in the direction of National Highway 49 to the center of Binh Thanh Commune People's Committee to collect garbage.

When reaching the middle of Binh Thanh suspension bridge, the garbage truck suddenly lost control, crashed through the bridge and fell into Huu Trach river, causing Mr. Tin and Mr. Thanh to go missing.

Currently, the bodies of the two victims have been handed over to their families for funeral arrangements.
