This morning, August 22, the Destruction Council - Market Management Department of Quang Tri province organized the destruction of assets that were administrative violation evidence that were confiscated and destroyed in the first phase of 2024.

Accordingly, the Destruction Council destroyed 2,846 products with a total value of nearly 420 million VND. The assets that were administrative violation evidence destroyed this time were mainly counterfeit goods with protected trademarks in Vietnam, of unknown origin, and not eligible for circulation such as: clothes, handbags, sports shoes, children's toys, food, cosmetics...

All of the products destroyed this time were inspected, discovered, and seized by the Quang Tri Provincial Market Management Department from the beginning of 2024 until now. The destruction of assets was carried out seriously, in accordance with procedures and legal regulations.

The destruction of counterfeit products, goods of unknown origin, and goods that do not meet the conditions for circulation aims to strictly handle violations and contribute to raising awareness among people and businesses about the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the province.
