The Provincial Party Congress Organizing Subcommittee met to deploy tasks

Kinhtedothi - On November 26, at the Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center, the Organizing Subcommittee of the 12th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 (Congress) met to approve the organization plan to serve the Congress.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee. Attending were Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and members of the Subcommittee.

The Organizing Subcommittee serving the Provincial Party Congress is responsible for propagating, reporting, and promoting before, during, and after the Congress; preparing material facilities to serve the Congress; doing a good job of protection before, during, and after the Congress; directing and guiding subordinate Party Committees to do a good job of organizing the Congress.

The meeting approved each work content and responsibilities of the Subcommittee members and agencies and units.

According to the plan, in January 2025, the Subcommittee members will inspect the preparation work for the Congress at the subordinate Party Committees. In April 2025, the Subcommittee will meet to give opinions on the plan (adjustments, supplements) to organize the Congress; the exhibition plan on the achievements in socio-economic development, national defense and security of Binh Duong province, period 2025 - 2030.

In June 2025, the Subcommittee will meet to discuss the Congress agenda, the Congress guest list, etc. In the last week of July 2025, report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on all preparations for the Congress. In August 2025, conduct a general inspection and review of all preparations for the Congress. In September 2025, the Congress will be held.

At the meeting, after listening to the Subcommittee members' comments on the plan, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha requested to stick to the 4 task groups of the Subcommittee; review and compare with the remaining 2 Subcommittees to avoid duplication of assigned tasks.

The assigned agencies, units and individuals are responsible for developing specific and detailed plans to organize the implementation of the assigned tasks well. During the implementation process, based on the actual situation and arising issues, each agency, unit and member of the Subcommittee shall inform the Provincial Party Committee Office, the standing agency of the Subcommittee, and submit to the Head of the Subcommittee for decision or hold a standing meeting of the Subcommittee to decide on supplementing and adjusting the content and implementation time accordingly.
