(GLO)- On June 28, the Party Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 193-Kh/BCSĐ to implement Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated November 9, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period.
The plan aims to focus on leading the implementation of the policy of building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam of the people, by the people, for the people, led by the Communist Party of Vietnam; upholding the Constitution and the law, respecting, ensuring and protecting human rights and citizens' rights; clearly assigning state power, closely coordinating and effectively controlling; a professional, rule-of-law and modern administration; organizing a streamlined state administrative apparatus that operates effectively and efficiently; a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees with adequate qualities, capacity, professionalism and integrity, meeting the development requirements of the province.

Along with that, direct the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement the viewpoints, goals, focuses, tasks, and solutions set out in Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, Plan No. 11-KH/TW, Program No. 58-CTr/TU. At the same time, clearly define the tasks and solutions to concretize and implement Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, Plan No. 11-KH/TW, Program No. 58-CTr/TU in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Provincial People's Committee and the conditions and practical situation of Gia Lai.
In the plan, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee sets out tasks and solutions for implementation, including: Strengthening propaganda, dissemination, education, raising awareness of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state; ensuring the people's mastery, upholding the Constitution and laws, respecting, ensuring and protecting human rights and citizens' rights; perfecting the legal system and organizing strict and effective law enforcement, ensuring the development requirements of the province; continuing to innovate the organization and operation of local governments; building a state administration that serves the people, is professional, rule of law, great, effective and efficient; building a professional, modern, fair, strict, honest judiciary that serves the Fatherland and serves the people; controlling state power, promoting the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity; Strengthen and proactively integrate into the international community to meet the requirements of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam, building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation; strengthen the leadership of the Party, promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the People in building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state.
The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial People's Committee to closely follow the viewpoints, goals, focuses, tasks, and solutions set forth in Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, Plan No. 11-KH/TW, Program No. 58-CTr/TU, and this Plan to effectively organize and direct the implementation of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, Plan No. 11-KH/TW, Program No. 58-CTr/TU, and this Plan.
The implementation of this Plan must ensure synchronization, associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress; harmoniously combine inheritance and stability with innovation and development; implement urgently, consistently, with focus, key points and a roadmap.
Provincial departments, branches and sectors, within the scope of their assigned functions, tasks and powers, shall advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement this plan; urge, guide and inspect the implementation of the above tasks and solutions to ensure completeness, seriousness and effectiveness.
At the same time, the Department of Justice is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to summarize, review and report on the implementation of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, Plan No. 11-KH/TW, Program No. 58-CTr/TU and this plan.
