
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units to be responsible for continuing to review and provide comments on the draft Plan for implementing the Provincial Planning as requested by the Department of Planning and Investment (after receiving the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee at the meeting on May 23).
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Planning Consulting Joint Venture and relevant departments, branches, sectors and units to urgently complete the plan to implement the provincial planning and report to the Provincial People's Committee before June 5, 2024. for consideration and submission to competent authorities as prescribed.
Previously, in April 2024, the Provincial People's Committee also sent two official dispatches requesting relevant units to urgently complete the plan to implement the provincial planning. It noted that the development and submission to the Prime Minister for promulgation of the plan to implement the provincial planning must ensure consistency and synchronization with the planning, the plan to implement the higher-level planning and the provincial planning; in accordance with the provisions of the law on planning, the law on public investment, and the law on investment.
The plan to implement the provincial planning must comply with the planning approved by the Prime Minister and be consistent with the province's resource mobilization capacity and development practices.
