On the side of Tuyen Quang province, receiving and working with the delegation were comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and agencies; and leaders of Yen Son district.

Implementing Official Dispatch No. 102/CD-TTg dated October 6, 2024 of the Prime Minister and the Notice of Conclusion of the Prime Minister on promoting the implementation of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide, Tuyen Quang province has urgently issued documents to disseminate and direct the implementation.
At the same time, establish and strengthen the steering committee to implement the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses at all levels; conduct a review of the number of households with temporary and dilapidated houses in the province (households of people with revolutionary contributions, poor households, near-poor households and other subjects).
The whole province aims to complete the disbursement of over 197.5 billion VND to support over 3,700 households by the end of the first quarter of 2025. By August 2025, 100% of the projects will be completed and put into use.
Leaders of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Yen Son district and agencies and units attended the meeting.
At the meeting, delegates exchanged and discussed difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. At the same time, they proposed and recommended a number of contents to more effectively implement the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Tuyen Quang province.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Le Van Thanh highly appreciated Tuyen Quang province in implementing the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.
He suggested that the province continue to mobilize the participation of the entire political system and the community to join hands to support the construction of houses for poor and near-poor households, families with meritorious services to the revolution who have housing difficulties... Along with that, the province needs to continue to strengthen the mobilization of resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area; integrate and effectively use investment capital from National Target Programs.
The working group conducted a field survey at a household in Lang Quan commune (Yen Son) that received support to build a house under the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.
Along with that, creating favorable conditions for poor and near-poor households to access preferential policies, paying attention to vocational training and job creation, building models and typical examples of poverty reduction suitable to local conditions and characteristics... Thereby creating livelihoods, helping poor households to escape poverty sustainably.
Previously, the delegation surveyed the implementation of housing support for households in Yen Son district under the program to eliminate temporary housing and dilapidated houses in the province.
