After the 2023 - 2024 V-League ended, Le Trung Vinh said goodbye to Ho Chi Minh City Club. The Vietnamese-American midfielder surprised everyone when he played for the U.21 LPBank HAGL team and competed in the 2024 National U.21 Championship Finals (which just ended on August 12).
HAGL won the 2024 National U.21 Championship, after defeating PVF in the final.
In the U.21 LPBank HAGL jersey, Le Trung Vinh played alongside many talented young players who played for the HAGL first team and the Vietnam U.23 team such as Nguyen Quoc Viet, Nguyen Duc Viet, and Tran Trung Kien. The midfielder born in 2003 was given the opportunity to play by coach Trinh Duy Quang and contributed to helping the U.21 LPBank HAGL team win the championship convincingly. Trung Vinh himself left his mark with a goal for his team.
Just a few days after winning the 2024 National U.21 Championship, Le Trung Vinh announced his departure from the mountain town team. The 21-year-old midfielder shared: "I hope to return to HAGL one day. Thank you for giving me so many opportunities and trusting me in this National U.21 Championship. Let's wait and see what the future will bring for Vinh."

Le Trung Vinh was born in the US, with both parents being of Vietnamese descent. He was trained at the Barcelona Community Football Center in the US. The midfielder, born in 2003, came to Ho Chi Minh City Club to practice and try out, before signing an official contract at the end of March 2023. At that time, Trung Vinh was named by coach Vu Tien Thanh to the National Cup squad. However, this 21-year-old midfielder almost had no chance to play for the "Red Battleship".
In June 2023, Le Trung Vinh played for Ba Ria - Vung Tau Club on loan. In the more moderate first division, this midfielder played a lot and has somewhat demonstrated his ability.
