The Provincial Party Standing Committee worked online with the Standing Committee of the Ninh Hai District Party Committee

On April 10, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had an online meeting with the Standing Committee of the Ninh Hai District Party Committee on the results of leadership and direction in implementing socio-economic development tasks and Party building in the district; directions and tasks for 2024. Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting.

Attending the event were comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of provincial departments and branches. At the Ninh Hai district bridge, there was comrade Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Hai district Party Committee.

According to the report, in 2023, Ninh Hai district achieved and exceeded 13/14 targets, notably the tourism industry attracted nearly 2.6 million visitors, with revenue of over 1,470 billion VND; crop conversion was effectively implemented. Social security policies were implemented promptly, reducing the poverty rate, vocational training, and labor export exceeding the plan. The new rural construction program continued to receive attention and direction, with 6/8 communes in the district meeting advanced new rural standards. Military and defense tasks were well implemented; political security and social order and safety were basically stable. Party building and the political system achieved positive results in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, discipline, and order. Leadership and direction were regularly innovative, creative, proactive, flexible, focused, and key. However, Ninh Hai district's budget revenue only reached 77.74%; Capital disbursement only reached 80.22%.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by Ninh Hai district in the past time. In 2024, the year of acceleration to complete the goals and targets of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, in the spirit of proactiveness, self-reliance, daring to think, daring to do, the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Hai district continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, high political determination to focus on leadership, direction and implementation to achieve and exceed the set goals. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Ninh Hai District Party Committee to proactively monitor the situation closely to forecast, build, adjust scenarios and management solutions, promptly adapt to new difficulties and challenges...; focus on promoting the application of science and technology, digital transformation to improve labor productivity and quality of human resources. In the immediate future, Ninh Hai continues to promote the restructuring of the agricultural sector towards sustainability, applying high technology associated with the development of eco-tourism; Accelerate the progress of the implementation of the concentrated aquaculture seed production area in Nhon Hai commune. Improve the quality of new rural criteria in a sustainable manner; strive for Ninh Hai district to meet advanced new rural standards by 2025. Focus on doing well the work of Party building, political and ideological education, raising awareness, creating solidarity, unity, responsibility and higher determination in performing tasks. Proactively carry out the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; especially the preparation of documents and personnel work.

In planning work, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that the locality needs to focus on reviewing and speeding up the progress of establishing and adjusting all types of planning to be consistent with the Provincial Planning, the planning orientation of Ninh Chu National Tourist Area and the general development policies and orientations of the province as a basis for calling for investment. Note that the process of establishing and adjusting all types of planning must be coordinated with neighboring localities, such as Thuan Bac, Phan Rang-Thap Cham to ensure that the planning orientation must be synchronous, unified and connected.

Regarding the recommendations of Ninh Hai District Party Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: The general spirit is that the province continues to focus on supporting the district to have conditions for development, to achieve the set goals, in accordance with the conditions of the province. The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to review and accelerate the progress of establishing and adjusting all types of planning, especially the general planning for the construction of Ninh Chu National Tourist Area, adjusting the construction zoning plan of Dam Nai area...; proactively coordinate and guide the district to establish and adjust the planning under the authority of the district level to ensure the legal basis for calling for and attracting investment. Especially investing in infrastructure to serve tourism development, infrastructure of the High-quality Concentrated Aquatic Seed Production Area, Vinh Hy Cultural Tourism Village...
