The Provincial Party Standing Committee met to give opinions on a number of new policies.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province, districts and cities.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on the following contents: Delimiting prohibited areas, temporarily banning mineral activities in the province; Adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2024 with local budget capital; Public investment plan for 2025; Regulations on the authority to decide on the procurement of assets, goods and services under the procurement estimate applicable in the province; changing the purpose of using forests to other purposes to implement projects in the province; supplementing the change of the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land in 2024 to implement the Ho Chi Minh Road construction project, Cho Chu - Trung Son T-junction section; adjusting the career capital estimate to implement national target programs.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on the policy of abolishing 13 Resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council on sector and field planning; amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 12/2022/NQ-HDND regulating the monthly allowance level for population collaborators in villages, hamlets, and residential groups in Tuyen Quang province; the 2025 monitoring program of the Provincial People's Council; Regulations on prices of medical examination and treatment services not covered by the Health Insurance Fund but not medical examination and treatment services upon request and prices of medical examination and treatment services for a number of cases in state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Tuyen Quang province; the policy of mobilizing support for the Provincial Fund for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans.

Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam chaired the meeting.

Through discussion and comments on the draft regulations, plans, and reports presented at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has concluded on each content of the drafts. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the draft contents, and at the same time requested the drafting agencies to fully absorb the opinions of the delegates to edit and complete the documents in order to promptly submit them to the competent authorities for consideration.

Regarding some contents related to planning and land, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the drafting agencies to continue reviewing, especially the planning contents related to relic areas and scenic spots, to avoid duplication with other plans. Regarding the contents of the capital allocation plan, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to implement, paying attention to avoid spreading out the allocation of investment capital, and needing to have focus and key points.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also gave direct comments on the following documents: Plan to implement the Politburo's Regulations on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the province in inspection, supervision, enforcement of party discipline and in inspection and auditing activities; Plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on summarizing digital transformation work; improving the quality of urban planning, urban development and accelerating the pace of urbanization.

At the same time, give comments on the Report on leadership in implementing socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense, security, Party building and the political system in the first 6 months of the year; directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. Report on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party in the first 6 months of the year; directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.
