The 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024 - 2029, will take place over 2.5 days, from December 16-18, 2024 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi.
Nearly 1,000 outstanding delegates from across the country attended the Congress. The delegation from Nghe An province attended the Congress with 24 outstanding officials, members and young people, representing over 500,000 young people from the province attending this particularly important event of the Vietnam Youth Union.

Speaking at the meeting, encouraging and assigning tasks to outstanding youth delegates of Nghe An province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Nghia Hieu highly appreciated the work of the Association and the youth movement in the province in recent times.

He suggested that delegates attending the Congress proactively study documents and materials with a serious and responsible spirit to contribute many quality opinions. After the Congress ends, consult with the Party Committee and the government to develop an action plan, deploy tasks and solutions suitable to reality, to soon put the Congress Resolution into practice. From there, further improve the quality of activities, create clear changes, affirm the position and role of the association and youth organizations, and contribute to completing the tasks and targets of the 20th Provincial Party Congress./.
