On March 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to congratulate Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Commander of the Provincial Military Command, who was transferred to work at Military Region 5, holding the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 5, and congratulated Colonel Nguyen Tuy, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, on being appointed to the position of Commander of the Provincial Military Command.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong and Colonel Nguyen Tuy. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong in the past time, focusing on advising and proposing to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the implementation of local military and defense tasks, building a clean and strong Provincial Military Command. At the same time, he affirmed that his appointment to a higher position is a source of pride for the province; the Provincial Party Committee Secretary hopes that in the coming time, he will continue to maintain a good relationship with the locality, and in his new position, pay attention to directing the local military and defense tasks of the province to achieve high efficiency.
