Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi asked Cuban Minister of Construction Rene Antonio Mesa Villafaña to direct relevant Cuban agencies to prioritize removing difficulties of the SanVig joint venture, creating favorable conditions for businesses to feel secure in production, and when ensuring the operation of 90% of the factory's design capacity, they can expand their investment in Cuba.

Regarding Dinvai Company's operations in Vietnam, HUD Corporation and Coninco Vietnam Company have created favorable conditions for Dinvai Vietnam Company to participate in providing construction supervision consulting services for a number of projects in Vietnam. However, the current workload is small and not as expected by Dinvai Company.
