The important tasks currently being carried out are promoting growth, restructuring the economy, promoting old growth drivers, exploring new growth drivers, emerging industries... all of which are closely related to digital transformation. According to the Prime Minister, Project 06 is identified as a key and important task and one of the "bright spots" and "good models" of national digital transformation. In recent times, the Government and the Prime Minister have resolutely directed and synchronously deployed solutions to increasingly effectively and practically implement the national digital transformation; promote digital transformation in most areas; focus on building and perfecting institutions, policies and mechanisms to promote the development of digital government, digital economy, digital society, and digital citizens. Along with that, people and businesses agree with, support, and highly appreciate the resolute implementation of Project 06 from the central to grassroots levels; contributing to changing management methods and improving the quality and efficiency of citizen management; saving time and effort; creating an important foundation for deploying online public services. The Prime Minister said that in order to complete the goals of the National Digital Transformation Program and Project 06, there is still a lot of work to do. There are still some tasks that have been proposed but are behind schedule; there are tasks that we see as "at risk" of being difficult to complete without strong, persistent, consistent, and synchronous direction from the Central to the grassroots levels. The Prime Minister asked delegates to discuss, analyze, evaluate, frankly, clearly, objectively, and demonstrate with specific data the implementation of the 2024 Action Plan and the results achieved in the first 6 months of the year. At the same time, it is necessary to identify existing problems, limitations, weaknesses, obstacles, barriers, and bottlenecks, especially in terms of institutions, mechanisms, and policies; clearly point out the contents that are behind schedule; determine the causes, draw lessons; share good experiences, valuable lessons, and creative ways of leading, directing, and organizing implementation in digital infrastructure development; provide online public services; develop national databases, connect and share information, and form big data; train and develop human resources; good models and practices of some ministries, branches and localities...
