In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation and provincial leaders respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and commemorated the great contributions of the heroic martyrs, those who did not hesitate to sacrifice their blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the nation, for the happiness of the people. Before the souls of the heroic martyrs, with a heart of sincere gratitude, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation vowed to live, fight, and study following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh, promote the heroic tradition of Dien Bien Phu, continue to make efforts with the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, building an increasingly prosperous and prosperous Vietnam.
