(GLO)- On June 1, the Government Office issued Document No. 3984/VPCP-CN conveying the opinion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the implementation status of Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1.

Specifically, considering the report of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee on the implementation status of Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commented: The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall study Report No. 125/BC-UBND dated May 16, 2023 of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee on the implementation status of Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1, and immediately guide the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee and related localities to carry out procedures related to the exploitation of minerals for common materials according to regulations, especially according to Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP dated June 16, 2021 and Resolution No. 133/NQ-CP dated October 19, 2021 of the Government.

Request to report to Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha the results of the handling before June 5, 2023 so that the Deputy Prime Minister can directly handle it completely before June 15, 2023.

Assign the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to urgently complete procedures according to regulations to ensure the commencement of component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1 before June 30, 2023.

In addition, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment needs to immediately establish an inspection team to go to localities where the highway passes through to immediately handle the issue of common materials and sand for the highway.
